Newsmaker

Newsmaker Band for Hire Detroit Michigan - news2No question, Newsmaker is one of the hardest hitting bands you’ll ever see.

Their approach to every event they do is very simple; DANCE DANCE DANCE!

There are many factors that go into ensuring the total success of your event, but when it’s ‘party time’, Newsmaker prides itself on delivering the goods, and packing the dance floor from beginning to end. Your evening is only as good as the time you and your guests remember it, and without a doubt, you’ll be talking about it for years to come.

Originally a rock/top 40 group in mid-Michigan, with a fan base thousands strong and selling out every public event they did, Newsmaker expanded its repertoire to provide the best in wedding and event entertainment.

They provide an unparalleled, heart-pumping sound and show for every event, and while they’re not as well-known as a wedding band, have a real passion for weddings. In the words of Perry, Newsmaker’s bandleader, ‘This is the biggest day of their lives and I take that very seriously. It’s a real honor for me and the group to work with them and provide a night they’ll never forget’.

The band’s core group is 7-piece, which can be expanded on with additional horns and percussion to fit any fancy, but what makes them truly stand out as a 7-piece is their 7 vocalists, which gives them the ability to perform with authority all styles from classic standards, as well as modern & classic rock, Motown, disco, 70’s and 80’s dance, today’s top 40 and more. They are one of the few groups that can croon Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Sade & Etta James during dinner and ignite the dance floor with some LMFAO, Bon Jovi & AC/DC. Requests…no problem. “It’s all about the party and having fun”. Even if they don’t know your request, but think they can pull it off, it’s done. Travel, no worries, LETS GO! And did we mention they’re 100% LIVE! You’re paying for live & that’s exactly what you get, LIVE!

What they’re not is a cheesy, cliché group who choreographs every move.

Their raw energy on stage is what powers the group’s success and is what has kept their client and fan base coming back time and time again. “We really like interacting and getting into the crowd, making them a part of the show”.

Keeping it real in today’s economy is huge and with over 60% of Newsmaker’s business coming from past referrals, they’re priced to please, keeping your budget intact. “We want to become your band, price it right the first time and see you again, rather than give it to you once where the sun don’t shine”.

*Professional*, *Experienced*, *Outstanding Performance*, *Affordable*. Simply said, they are the ultimate entertainment package.

Whatever the event, Newsmaker will blow you away and deliver the evening that you and your guests will talk about for a lifetime!
